ZSXP-B-1880/3150 JRT/Industrial Roll Rewinder
ZSXP-B小盤紙分切復卷機是生產小盤紙和卷筒擦手紙兩用設備,可在短時間內隨意更換;具有壓花、打孔、分切和復卷一次完成的功能,帶氣動上紙、氣動皮帶傳動、松緊調節等裝置,采用氣脹軸和無氣漲軸兩種收卷方式.
主要特點:
1、 采用氣脹軸收卷,使紙管定位準確簡便;
2、 無氣漲軸收卷，操作更方便，減輕勞動強度。
3、壓邊系統;采用鋼對鋼壓邊,獨立氣缸調節,方便調節,達到每層紙不分層;
4、臥式退紙架,氣動上紙,氣動式寬皮帶送紙,每卷原紙均有獨立張力調整裝置;
5、采用前后點動開關牽引原紙,操作更簡便、安全.
6、根據客戶所需,增加修邊噴膠封口功能。
ZSXP-B Industrial Roll Slitting Rewinder can make both JRT industrial roll and rolled hand towel, it's easy to change in a short time With edge embossing, perforating, slitting and rewinding functions. Pneumatic control jumbo roll loading, belt driving and web tension control devices. The finished roller rewind by air-fill shaft or shaftless.

5. Using front and rear inching switch to traction base paper, operation more simple and safe
